Furthermore, we understand that finding employment after release can be challenging, so we offer job placement assistance to all our residents. We work with local businesses and organizations to identify job opportunities that are suitable for our residents' skillsets and interests.
But our support doesn't end there. We provide after-release support services as well, to help residents transition back into society and overcome any obstacles they may face. Our after-release support services include access to affordable housing, healthcare, counseling, and mentoring programs. We want our residents to feel supported and encouraged as they navigate this challenging new chapter of their lives.
